Patricia trained in Ireland as a Holistic Therapist and Wellness Coach. She has many years experience in complementary practices and is an intuitive Therapist of Holistic Wellness.
Patricia’s ability to blend and combine therapies ensures that after an initial consultation, each person’s unique and individual needs are taken into consideration in order to create a healing and restorative experience.

Andrew has a Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine and is a NYS licensed acupuncture practitioner. He uses acupuncture to optimize the natural balance of the body.
He provides acupunctural treatments through holistic approaches for achieving optimal health based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, utilizing various methods such as Korean four needle and balancing techniques, Master Tung’s method, cupping, e-stim, moxibustion, tui na and acupoint stimulation.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional eastern medicine practice. Extremely thin needles are inserted through the skin at different points in the patient’s body. These points are strategically chosen based on the needs of the patient. It is most commonly used to treat pain, stress, and anxiety. It can help with fertility issues as well. It can help promote overall wellness in people. It can stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities.

Cupping
Cupping Therapy is a form of alternative medicine that has been around for thousands of years. The practitioner places specially designed cups on a patient’s skin for a few minutes to create suction. The suction pulls blood into the skin to promote healing. This increased blood flow helps with pain, inflammation, headaches, blood flow, relaxation and overall well-being. Some describe it as a type of deep-tissue massage. It can help by flushing toxins in the body through the lymphatic system which is the body system that is responsible for removing toxins and waste.

Meditation (Individual, Group and Classes)
We offer individual and group guided meditation sessions. We also hold classes to teach meditation practices. Meditation is a practice where one focuses his or her attention, or mindfulness, on creating peace and tranquility in one’s mind. Train one’s mind to focus on a specific object, thought or idea. Bring awareness to oneself and achieve mental clarity, emotional calm and stability to the mind. Meditation can help practitioners relax and become more attuned to their bodies and emotions. It can reduce stress while promoting a sense of enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Reiki
Reiki is a healing therapy based on an Eastern belief vital energy flows through one’s body. A reiki practitioner can channel healing energy to their patient by gentle touch or placing their hands above the patient’s body. This is to activate and promote the healing process for the patient. This guided energy promotes balance and healing as well as physical and emotional well-being. IT can induce a state of great relaxation, reduce anxiety and stress, boost energy levels, promote feelings of inner calmness, contentment and serenity.

Microblading
Microblading is a tattooing technique used in cosmetic, semi-permanent makeup. A manual, disposable, small handheld tool, made up of several tiny, fine needles, is used to add semi permanent pigment to the skin. This micro-blade is used to draw individual hairs to the eyebrow area. When finished, it gives the client the appearance of fuller, perfectly shaped eyebrows. This can last up to two years.
